Excellence in SBAP Administrative Activities
These districts led the state in identifying and claiming SBAP-eligible administrative activities. By taking a comprehensive approach to identifying staff eligible for the administrative activities participant roster, they generated tens of thousands of additional dollars in reimbursement compared with the typical district in the state.

Methodology notesThe number of Medicaid-eligible students is calculated by multiplying the district's DHS-determined Medicaid eligibility rate in the fourth quarter of FY25 by the district's official enrollment for the 2024-25 school year. Figures are from the FY25 school year. FY26 data has not yet been submitted as of publication.
