Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Ryan Stewart founded Mile 2 Consulting after serving as the Secretary of Education for the State of New Mexico. He is a lifelong educator with roles that include middle school teacher, school district administrator, and non-profit executive director. Ryan is a husband, father, and Corgi dad who enjoys sports, books, the great outdoors, and his mom’s famous Mac and Cheese recipe.
Lorraine Leach
Program Implementation and Compliance Coordinator
Lorraine brings an extensive background in special education compliance and school-based Medicaid, with experience supporting schools in navigating complex requirements and strengthening processes that support students. She is passionate about making compliance practical, understandable, and meaningful for the teams doing the work. Outside of work, Lorraine is a proud mom to a competitive gymnast, a lifelong Beyoncé fan, and a lover of a good murder mystery.
Michelle Boone
Program Implementation and Compliance Coordinator
Michelle Boone brings over two decades of organizational leadership experience, most recently serving as VP of Sports with Special Olympics PA. A proud Philadelphia native, Michelle enjoys hiking the city parks and cheering on local teams. She balances her professional endeavors with her most important roles: wife and mother to four children.
Parin Kaba
Community College Medicaid Project Coordinator and Policy Analyst
Parin is a policy professional with experience spanning Medicaid and Medicare, regulatory compliance, government affairs and project coordination. At Mile 2 Consulting, she supports institutions of higher education in expanding access to healthcare services for students by innovating and implementing pathways to Medicaid billing. Her background includes policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and developing practical resources to help clients navigate complex healthcare systems.
